about

A release from the archives, impossible to finish as quite a few of the tracks are unfinished business themselves, they are what they are, dropouts, mixes or recordings that i wasn't happy with or just got bored and moved on or they were just left off of or even simply late to a release, tracks i always wanted to go back to, but never really did. I have a folder-jungle of these scattered across drives with duplicates too and even different edits because i forget where they are, and mess with them, and it’s hardly the last version i manage to find. Anyway, i've been meaning to compile some of these and upload it for a while if it wasn't for the lockdown i would have never put them up here, but it still misses a few mixes i wanted to put in this bunch i don't even have here, but than there will be always a few missing and i lost some along the way forever, the distorted evil public gameover rendition and the ford mix that has hardly anything just car doors slammed manicly (because i hated the melody in the end) i couldn't find these, i will have to add them later if i find them, they probably are in my boxes 1200 kilometers away, if somewhere, so i will add more tracks here later most probably.
Mastering? I lined them up and cleaned them, cut where a cure was needed, i didn`t really compress, i generally tried not to ruin anything (well, hard to ruin these) what i mean is i didn't touch them up with new solos and stuff, just fixed the volumes, the EQ in places, some can't be fixed anyway, plain bad recordings. And if i'd touch them up they would follow a different thing, aesthetic, i really don't like that, i love them the way they are with their distorsions, temporary decisions, limitations and errors, my memories of making them, so actually now they are finished in their skiff skit form. What took me forever is to make a tracklist, that's always the worst thing, like a full suitcase you're trying to add one more object and of course you can't close it and than you remove everything and try again up till the point where you don’t want to leave at all. Let's hope the next bunch won't take me 4 years again to upload.

All the tracks recorded somewhere between 2000-2003.
Mastered and edited in the spring of 2020.
Budapets were kindly remixed by Fritz Ostermayer in 2002.

Also these 4 tracks would really belong here, but i'd rather not duplicate them to the tracklist, and they are a free download anyway:
